When im trying to make a deposit to my account PartyNJ by skrill i receive following message:
Your balance cannot be used for this transaction because you have funded your account with a payment method not supported for online gambling

I funded my account by transfer from another skrill user.
Do you know what they mean by " payment method supported for online gambling" to fund my skrill account.

maybe thats your answer. sounds a little ******ed still. maybe they view it as some sort of collusion payoff potential being your funds trying to load r coming from a different oerson
