Do they even count the comps bought online towards the progress line now?

It's pretty absurd that this hasn't been integrated yet. I've generated roughly $8,000 in rake on BorgataPoker this year and I can't get a physical Black Card. Yet, a live player generates $5,000 and gets Black Card (500 hours at 2/5, $5 per half hr)

Borgata/Party will realize their flaws once PokerStars comes in

It took several emails and some harrassment over the phone but Jordan Palamar finally reached out to me via email. I have contributed about $6k in rakes and my request to be upgraded to the black label card was denied.
His response is that the online requirements are more stringent than those found in the brick&mortar poker room. I am waiting for his response on the details of what those online requirements are..

It seems to me they have too many black card holders and they could careless about those who are close to the B &M requirement in terms of rake paid.

I also converted two $100 in comps at the rewards center but it did not count towards the progress line at all.

no updates regarding what the online play requirements are to get the black label card...just need a rough estimate borgata...

the customer service has been a joke and i hope they learn it the hard way.

Honestly, the fact that they are not tied together is why I play on WSOP over Borgata.
When Pokerstars launches, I don't see myself playing on Borgata even on Sundays.

With the system all automated now, is there any update on linking live rewards to online? Currently have over 12,000 points and after recently redeeming for 300 comp dollars i haven't yet noticed a change in the black card rake counter. May just use a match of my wsop/diamond card to get black card as suggested.

Sorry there are no updates currently. If and when we link to land based rewards, when i have more information I will definitely post the info on the boards here for everyone.
