I agree with your assumption as well, just hoping to get clarification. Pretty sure I played with you on the tables last night. .5/1 max 6

Yeah I'd like the confirmation too.

That's my game. No one can poach the Rhino.

I got the attention of their social media person since the normal support channels are worthless. Sent in a screenshot of the error I get when trying to buy comp dollars. Maybe it will go somewhere.

Lost it this morning when they tweeted "Did you know you can convert your iRewards points to Borgata comp dollars?" Although they did remove the tweet and apologize when I angrily responded.

raradevils, have you tried to buy the comp dollars? do you get the same error message?

No, I don't have enough points to make a difference. I do hope they clear this up before mid Jan when I will be going down for the WPT. I already have a few nights free, I would like to be able to get a few more.

I did receive a non answer to my email.

Bro, don't lie. You wrote up that email yourself.

No one actually gets an email response from borgata support.

I no longer get the error when completing the transaction for comp dollars.

It's a start, but I still don't see the comp dollars reflected in my b&m borgata acct. has anyone got this to work fully?

I received an interesting response to my email request.....

Dear Raradevils,

Thank you for contacting Borgata Online Gaming Customer Service.

We are sending you this email regarding the Black Card and Black Label Elite offers. Please accept our apologies for late response on the same.

It has been confirmed that the Loyalty offers for the Borgata Hotel Casino & SPA Resort and the Borgata Online Gaming platform will remain separate for the time being. Thus, the comp dollars in exchange for iR Points will not earn or maintain black label status at the hotel. The only thing that you can earn is Brick & Mortar card tier upgrades for the Brick & Mortar casino.

In case you have further questions, we will be more than happy to assist you. We are available 24 hours a day at:

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site.

Sincerely,
Pete

So what is the purpose of playing on the Borgata side of the party platform?

The only advantage I see is to use comp dollars for room and food.

If you reach the highest tier and buy the bonuses you will get close to 15% back.

So black label elite is only 15% rakeback? They need to do a better job of integrating the B&M casino with their online casino.

ONly 15% when choosing to clear a ton of 25 dolalr bonuses. Depending on how many points you have you could very well wind up having 80 - 100 of them to clear. (obviously if you wait to clear and stack them at once at the end of the quarter.)

Yeah it is not great. The worst aspect is if you take just straight cash it comes down to about 5.34%. The comp is close is 15%.

I have a question about the mega missions. Are the bonuses for finishing missions immediately credited to your account? Or is it depending what mission you get to, you get that amount at the end of the period?

I've gotten some correspondence through with whoever is running their social media and it seems to be going somewhere, but still at an extremely slow pace.

From my correspondence with everyone there it seems like I'm the only customer complaining that the comp dollar purchase doesn't work.

Has anyone else here tried to buy the comp dollars? Did it work?

Does anyone know if Playing on BorgataPoker.com will improve your room offers at all?

I purchased $5 comp dollars but it hasnt shown up in my comp acct. Its been a few days, i was expecting it to be pretty much instant. Havent gotten around to emailing anyone about it yet though

I am happy to report that the comp dollar purchase works now.

You have to bring your purchase confirmation email to the myborgata center at the casino and show it to one of the people there and they will manually add the comp dollars.

I finally got through to Jordan, who is a customer service coordinator in NJ and he got this going for me. He said he eventually wants the conversion to be instant.

And I want it tied to myborgata card. Will it do any good to continue to request this to the Borgata reps?

+1 Would like to see this as well. If the online sites are partly to help drive casino traffic than you should get brick and morter offers for online play. Thats what myself and a lot of other people expected when the announcement of NJ online gaming was made.

Right.

I needed something like $381 more comp dollars earned by March to renew my black card in the physical casino. After I did the transaction for $10 comp dollars it was down to $371.
