We have a planned poker maintenance and release scheduled for Tuesday 15th of September starting from 02:00 ET
This will impact all of our services resulting in planned downtime and will last 4/5 hours.

Our poker team will be updating our tournament schedule to ensure no tournaments will commence during downtime.

The release will see some new features introduced for our players -

· MTT pop- up removal - option to disable the table announcements
· Re-Entry tournaments on both desktop and mobile
· New waitlist function

Sigh, re-entry is the worst possible format to use for online tournaments.

Matt Savage: Time To Reconsider Reentry Events

Many B&M casinos such as Dusk Till Dawn are phasing out or reducing the number of re-entries because it is bad for both the players and the casino's long-term ecosystem. Re-entry makes even less sense for online because the B&M justifications for it don't exist, e.g., "no other tournament to play if I bust out early" or "need to pay for dealer staff and extra expenses if the tournament will run longer."

Ill be the first one to say it. How come you added the Giant 777 Casino button in the middle of everything? Also, how come unclicking the "display casino game button" does not remove it?" Please allow me to remove this so that I don't accidentally click it.

I hated not having a waiting list for a long time. But then I got used to it and actually prefer it. I think the lack of a waiting list is more beneficial to the fishy/recreational players as they are harder to target.

...+5 for removing the ads/banners, but this "wait list" function that was added is not a real wait list. It is just a method where you can select a game limit/number of player table and you will be taken to the next available table meeting that criteria. A real wait list is when you can select a specific table that is currently full and when someone leaves that table, a seat at that table will be reserved for you, usually for 60 seconds or something like that. And then you can have multiple people on the wait list for that specific table. When the players on here said we wanted a wait list, they were talking about the one I have just described, not the "wait list" function that was implemented today. Granted it is a step in the right direction and appreciated, however, this is not what would be described as a typical wait list which would be on just about any other site. This "wait list" function that was added is the kind of wait list that you would see in a live poker room not an online poker site.

I strongly am against waiting lists, please do not implement these as some posters have requested. it is too easy for regs to target rec players as some have mentioned.

i think this kind of wait list was a great idea. well done party. traditional wait lists are a disaster.

I agree. Any one who prefers the other kind of wait list is short sighted imo. This type is much better for the health of the game.

wow it took you guys a year and half since the petition to start waitlists was created to come up with a solution and/or implement them. i can't even imagine what its like to work at this company.

The update destroyed the app. When I register for a game when it fills up the app crashes and I have to log in 2 or 3 times before I can get the table to pop up, and by then most of my chips are gone!Also in tournaments it freezes every few hands is this gonna be fixed or no? The app was perfect before this new update

I love the wait list function it's s fair middle ground. There is a bug with buying bonuses. The points were stuck and didn't reset until I rebooted the client. Anyone else exp this issue?.

Yup, all achievements / points were frozen at first. It seems OK now though.

The mobile app has a serious bug from this new update. It freezes and crashes my system. Have tried it on several Android versions. Not sure if you are on IOS or Android. But this will definitely increase the amount of logouts / logins.

There are already too many logouts / logins taxing the system due to the geolocation problems.

I have geolocation issues and lag issues after the most recent update. What a surprise.
