this sucks, just regged another 500 guarantee for 10 bucks, then 5 minutes in optimum decided to do maintenance in my area, seems like Passaic County is affected not sure where else? I called and they said its in affect until 5 am possibly sooner.

anyone else get disco?

Is it possible to rename the title of this thread? I would like to dedicate this thread to Internet outages. this way if someone gets booted off and has contacted there service provider and they know of an outage they can post here, where there from (general area ex County) and what Internet provider there using and any details, this way we can distinguish any issues not related to Party Poker.

ive noticed optimum online seems to go out for about 1 hour 1 or 2x a month always around 1am.

im in the central jersey area and seems optimums service lately has been AWFUL. lots of lagging thats probably led to geolocation issues that ive never had before.

agreed, so far it's been ok last couple weeks, but I still run into these issues time to time. frustrating.

last week i put in a call to optimum to complain about my service. a tech guy ran some tests over the phone and said everything seemed ok and suggested that maybe i should go to an optimum store and get a new router. in the end he said he could adjust some modem settings and that did the trick so far.

router could be the case in some places but not here. I called optimum a few times and they were "out for Matienance" seems like this is happening almost every week, it did again last night.
