When I open the client ,it opens but the sign in screen is blank.
It comes up but it's completely blank.

I tried uninstall and reinstall - no luck - ANY IDEAS?????


FYI - been like this for weeks - Borgata no problem

I have had this problem for 3 WEEKS!! Support is zero I mean zero help. I was actually going to make a thread about it now but hopefully posting it here will help. Here's an image of what I am talking about. This is happening only on my mac.

When this happens to me I just close the sign-in pop-up and reopen it with the "sign in" box at the top center of that screen shot and it works.

Well, Reinstalling countless times and clicking every window possible to get a log in does not work.

Nope - that doesn't work either.

follow those steps:
Open Safari borwser> Click on Safari (top left)> Choose "Empty Cache"> Click on "Empty Cache"> Confirm by clicking on "Empty".
If the above does not work, we would call you and resolve the issue. For this purpose please provide us your e-mail address or the phone number registered on the account. You may alternatively provide us the unique 17 digit transaction ID for any successful deposits/withdrawals that you have made.
Meanwhile request you to try the web version (instant version) to access the lobby.

Who said anything about Safari???? I don't use Apple crap

Forget about it - I'm done with Party/Borgata
