I tried calling the hotline but no one answers so I figured I'd post here. Had about 80-90$ on a table. I hit the X and close it out to leave. I then look in the top right corner of the Lobby..and the money is gone. It was only showing what I had on the other table as 'In Play' and $0 in the Account. Where did it go? Some type of glitch? I'm sure if someone looks up my account they can see it wasn't used in a hand. It's just gone. Username: ChalkyWhite

It just reappeared. I have no idea where it went or WTF happened, but it's back in my balance.

This just happened to me. I will give it some time before I contact support. Sounds like there is a glitch somewhere.

This happens all the time. It waits until the hand is over at the table to transfer it and some take longer. If you log out then back in itll reappear.

This glitch is different. I waited for 25 mins and tried logging back in etc.. It still did not update the stack I had on one of my tables. I went to bed and figured I will contact support if required. Just checked now and the balance seems correct.

^^This.

I know obviously that it waits for the hand to be over, etc. BUT it also shows as 'In Play' and 'Total'

It did not show up as my in play or in my total, it was just gone for about a half hour. Very strange.
