Mac User Issue After Update

I play on a mac and since the new update yesterday I can log in but my screen name will not display on the top of the browser, my account balance will not show, and if i click to sit at a table the welcome screen pops up and does not allow me to sit or access cashier or any other tab.

I contacted technical support yesterday around 8pm with the issue and they informed me that technical support ws working on the issue. It is still persisting; can we have a time frame for when this issue will be fixed please? Anyone else a mac user experiencing this issue?

Thanks for the update. Contacted support at around 8:30pm last night and they assured me that it would be resolved "today" which i took to mean by the end of the night last night. Unfortunately, the problem is still persisting currently.
