are loyalty points redeemable for cash? if so how do i cash them in? i've been accumulating them but i have yet to figure out a use for them

Hi,

Yes cash option is available for Gold or higher loyalty status. To convert to cash, in the lobby go to:

Rewards>Loyalty>Points Store>Cash

If you play 50NL and lower it is a real effort to achieve Gold with the current traffic.The player pool keeps going down.Now 9am Monday morning 40 players on site.Took me a few concerted tries to get the trapped points(8K) I had on there.You miss a few days in a month that are almost impossible to overcome.

The cash option no longer exists. I only see tournament entries in the points store now. Is this just temporary?

Cash options will be back in the loyalty store for poker this week. They were removed temporarily while we configured our new Cashback system for PartyCasino. Apologies for any confusion.

Annnndddd it's gone. I just called support and they informed me that points are useless now? Why show them and represent a store if you can't check anything out--

That is not correct. Points are still accumulated and used in the store as normal. We are reworking the loyalty store currently and you can still purchase items listed by contacting our customer service if there are any issues.
