You do not need to be connected to the internet via WiFi, you just have to have WiFi and able to see available WiFi networks. The more WiFi networks that are around, the better as we would be able to locate you. Ensure not to run any remote desktop software while logged into the gaming client. Also please check the IP address assigned by your Internet Service Provider is not associated with a neighboring state instead leads to New Jersey.
