I have been getting a lot of phone calls from Party Customer Service about tickets that I have for the last 2 days of the GSSS 2.

What concerns me is that they seem to believe that these tickets will not convert to tournament dollars once this series ends. Players were told numerous times that tickets would convert to tournament dollars. Many players earned multiple tickets to the same events, and clearly could only use one.

Please clear this up. It would be a serious breach of trust if the rules regarding these tickets were changed without making it absolutely clear to players.

+1,especially considering they run sattys every 10 min or so around start of an event. You can't run overlapping sattys to same event then not convert ticket when players when multiple of the same.

I have several tickets I'm waiting to be converted and you better believe I will throw a bitch fit if party tries to screw us. I imagine there are many tens of thousands worth of multiple tickets.

I assume party is just being party though, and this will out be a big headache and take too long, then they will do it bc obv they can't get away with robbing us.

Also, why are the. Calling you multiple times a day? I don't understand... Just to rub it in?

It seems like a sales effort. Apparently a lot of people are playing the qualifiers but not playing the events once they have the ticket. Of course, this could be due to the schedule (I know I have had to play fewer events than I wanted to). But it could also be due to the instability / crashing.

I don't have a problem with Party trying to motivate people to play more, but telling customer service to scare players is just wrong. I am fully expecting Party to honor their commitment and convert every ticket to tournament dollars once these events are over.

Tbh, I think it would be good policy to make every first ticket a must play.

It would be an even better policy to have policies for things like this. (and inform your customers)

I posted earlier, support told me straight up my extra tickets would not be converted, and I've played every event I won a satty for. Most of my extras came from jumping in a bunch of those hyper turbos just before.

And I bet they thought we complained alot about the wait list...

^^^It is a blatant injustice that they are not crediting our accounts with $T for the extra tickets that were won.

The last GSSS and for most of this one extra tickets were credited in $T. It even says on their website:

"If you win more than one entry to a tournament, any extra entries will be swapped for Tournament Dollars (T$). You can use T$ to buy-in to any real money or Sit & Go tournaments."

The extra ticket that I won was not converted, because I won this extra ticket while playing the event. EX: Playing #20 High... and same time won a hyper tournament for this. They did not make it clear at all that this was not allowed, and was more than happy to take our $$$ for playing these hypers.

The tournament lobbies made no mention that our entries in these hypers were worthless and if we won a ticket it would not be converted. The only fair thing to do is refund us for the hypers we entered or convert the ticket to $T.

They have to convert them. Last time we had the GSSS they made it clear right in the forum that they would be converted. And they never posted that the policy would somehow be different. So I am hoping that this is just customer service being told something different.

Because their only response has been that the tickets will not be converted, I intend to notify the division of gaming tomorrow night if my tickets are not converted.

Well all my $100 tickets are now daily $10k tickets, acceptable I guess.

Anything less than converting unused GSSS tix to T$ is theft imo.

PPNJ has been online for more that 13 months and during that time the policy was ANY unused SERIES specific tix would get converted to T$ after the series ended.

Changing that policy on the fly with out prior warning is cheap and unacceptable.
