Does anyone have the issue where you cant download the install file off the nj.partypoker website. It starts and downloads for a few seconds then halts. I uninstalled because I kept having issues and now I can't even get the .pkg file downloaded to reinstall. Anyone have an alternative link?

Could you please try to completely uninstall any previous versions, download the latest one and try re installing?

We have no other similar complaints

If you could PM your user name if this issue still exists i will ask the relevant teams to investigate

I am having the same issue. I am using a newer MacBook Pro. I went to open the borgata client and the updater would pop up. I tried this about 7 times and it failed every time. Some of the times it would stop at 6 MP downloaded and one time I got all the way to the end of the updater and was only 19 KB away from completeing when it froze.

I also attempted to get in one time and it skipped the updater completely. and went right to log in. Then I exited out and tried it again and the uploader froze a couple of more times.

I un-installed the borgata client and went to re-download and the download will not pop up now. I have tried to fix this multiple time with no fix including restarting my laptop.

Do you know a fix for this?

I just went to play in the browser and was able to access the on-line poker client that way. I had been asked to allow the use of the on-line client multiple times and clicked allow and remember. I have never used this client prior to today.

I exited out of the on-line client and clicked the download desktop client button and immediately a download box popped up and I was able to download/install the client completely and now I can use the client.

I was able to resolve the issue but now that Ive purchased a PC id like to play on that but Im having the same issue. Ive tried both the Borgata website and Party and it just hangs on me. Also can I play on a wired connection? Or will I need a wireless adapter on my PC

You will need a wireless adapter even if you are using a desktop PC. Sadly this is required by the geo-location software.
