Can you guys please disable the timer that disconnects you if you have been inactive? I am sitting at empty tables TRYING to start games but after 5 minutes it boots me off the site. It's just making it less likely that games will get going.

Kindly note that as per the DGE guidelines which state that after 15 minutes of inactivity the player should be logged out and required to re-enter the login information for accessing the account. If you are getting this error in 5 minute intervals please contact customer care for us to resolve the error.

Sometimes i get kicked out for being idle when I'm in the middle of a SNG! Time to move to 888 poker.

What counts as activity? If I am sitting there trying to start games, what can I do to remain "active"?

also, can't you just have a popup window that says "you have been inactive for 15 minutes, please click ok in the next 10 seconds to remain connected"

If you sit out at a random cash table it won't log you out. Like limit table or something no one goes to.

So you are saying that if you are sitting in it will log you out, but if you are sitting out it will not? Does it boot you from the table if you sit out for too long?

Activity includes any movement on the client like accessing account information, playing or navigation.
We would look into the possibility of including a pop-up to remain connected. Thanks for the suggestion.

This is what 888 does so I think either Party or 888 are reading DGE reg wrong. If waiting for SNG to start you get logged off for inactivity but remain on the SNG list so your buy in is not put back into your account. How could this be overlooked? I been playing online poker for 11 years and cannot beleive some of the obvious software problems I see.

Every 5 minutes or so I go to the lobby and click on something. While annoying this seems to be a workaround for the problem
