i agree. party really needs to get their customer service together and stand behind their claims. instead of one person saying one bs excuse then another rep saying something totally different in regards to policies.

seems like they just say whatever they can to quell problems and try to sweep them under the rug hoping the headaches will simply go away rather than try to fix the issues which heaven for bid might dip a little into their 3 million a month profit margin (something like that between poker and casino) and those profits are just from nj only.

they dont seem to realize eventually their customers they depend on in nj to keep the poker end going eventually may go elsewhere for the most part. if that were to happen they will end up spending so much more money in the long run w marketing and such trying to replace those lost players or attract them back then they would have if they simply faced the problem and fixed it.

rstand those concepts truly and accurately. especially in a limited nj market w new competition potentially entering in and their old competition growing stronger/smarter looking to take a huge bite out of them.

all 888 and wsop have to do to take a huge chunk out of them is copy their satellite strategy in regards to guaranteed tickets and theyd get more action /momentum to build into higher guarantees

id rather play in a sunday 50k or whatever tourney by winning a satellite into it at potentially a huge fraction of the cost than spend the full entry of my hard earned dollars. WHO WOULDNT? why because i dont have hundreds or thousands of disposable dollars in my budget every month for poker. some do but the masses dont. imo thats what makes party have such value to so many MTT players because those who dont have such deep pockets still have a chance of playing in the bigger tournies more often. once 888/wsop/ and pokerstars realize this theyll be able to more easily pad their big tournies make the guarantees and still profit from the fees from all the satellites along the way. plus bring more potential players to the cash tables while their playing the satellites.

mttt players look for value. bang for the buck. the biggest profit margins and the best chances of winning.

cash players can play anywhere they like. but mtt players without deep pockets have to find the value to stretch their bankrolls
