take with grain of salt i am hoping for refund i was elminated in the main event tourney but in still alive in others and despite making more prob overall from the standard cancellation rules i dont see how someone can take massive blinds...one guy was in at my tables in 2 tourneys and collected a bunch of chips/equity from other players.
Your solution is not fair at all. I say that as someone with less than a starting stack left. It screws those who have big stacks. It also allows them to get out of paying the overlay. It also unfairly benefits those that had 0% equity left to the detriment of players that chipped up.
They should be able to look back and see what the stacks were right as the D/C happened and payout based on that.
