Ever since I cleared my web browser's history and caches and such the other day, I've been unable to play on Party Poker and Borgata. I'm able to play on the other sites just fine. I kinda remember downloading a add-on for google chrome, just not sure if it was for this site or one of the other ones. Any help would be appreciated.

ugh, nevermind. seems like the sites wouldn't run with splashtop running on my computer. Guess this is something new, as I have used splashtop plenty of times during play.

I've been having issues recently. I have't installed anything new. It's been happening since last night. I'm from Lyndhurst. I use verizon fios. The location of the ip server is the town next to mine, Rutherford. Anyone know any steps I should take so i can continue playing.

Have been having issues lately as well. When the sites first launched here in Nj there was constant geo issues but things have gotten better for sure.

Lately though I've been getting booted a decent amount, the weird part is it happens more when I get ITM of a MTT? Probably a coincidence but have noticed it.

See if you have splashtop running. It gave me problems like the op. I don't even know what it is but it was running. I had to go into task manager and turn it off in the services tab.

At present we are required by regulations to confirm that you are physically present in NJ before any game play. For this purpose we use a 2 factor authentication. Wi-Fi needs to be enabled and lead to NJ and IP address leading to NJ.

We are anticipating some good news on geo-location verification that would shrink the false negatives and would make the location identification more accurate and reliable. More news with an update on this would come soon.
