Cash Games:

First, the HU/3 handed glitch:


Example: 2 players are playing HU, all is normal with button being small blind every hand. Third player sits at table, sits in, and then either sits back out again, or chooses to wait for BB. The very next hand (still heads up)the button is the big blind, and also last to act PF. Meanwhile player #3 has left the table,
affecting action without ever posting a blind.


This happens more than you might think due to the system the use. Player is randomly seated at table with only 2 players, decides to try again for a full table.


I realize you are trying to protect the fish by making cash games seat you at random, but all you are really doing is making it a bit more of a pain to table/seat select. All you have is open a table (with auto buyin unchecked in main options), and when it asks you how much to buy in for just it X. The table will stay open with the normal "seat open" buttons allowing you to choose your seat. Do this several times and you have all the tables open for any limit. No different result than having a normal lobby like every other site.

Tournaments

You are not keeping your word or giving any type of notice when it comes to the tournament schedule. If you don't want to avoid having to pay out of pocket to cover overlays, you shouldn't make the guarantee.

As a player, when a site announces they are going to do something, I want to know without a doubt that they will either do exactly what they said they would, or go out of their way to make it right if they cant.

You advertise all these daily/weekly tournaments because the advertising will bring in more players and make you more money.

You then cancel, or reduce many of them, without any notice whatsoever.

After canceling or reducing a guarantee, you CONTINUE to advertise for these tournaments that you know are not even going to run.

You ignore all questions on why you are doing this.

Example, there are adds for your daily $10k all over your twitter, website, even in players client under "promotions" . Today I'm playing a few satellites for it, during one i check the lobby to see the name of the tournament I am trying to win a seat for has been changed to "Daily $5k". Whats this daily $5k!?!? I assume anyone who wins a sat to the 10k, will just be automatically registered to the $5k.

This is just 1 example.


It's also cruel to not have an auto add-on button. Especially with add ons getting seperate breaks, and some tournaments having 30k addons for the same price as a $3k rebuy.


It's even more cruel to allow your customers to spend hours upon hours waiting on hold before giving up (only because their email was ignored).

Ive had the button issue occur to me.

button issue definitely exists

Button issue is real been there since I started playing around 12-18. Not being able to drag and move tables when using the stacking console has been a problem for me as well (sometimes). I also wish fast forward didn't have that algorithm switchingplayers between 6max and short handed at seemingly random times. The notes feature is clunky and poorly done.

The button problem was an issue @ OnGame as well IIRC

These comments are not specific to NJParty but may also apply to Borgata, as they are using the software with different skins and therefore the same player pool what applies to one probably applies to the other as well.

I have registered for a tournament only to have the tournament disappear five minutes before start time, when there were only one or two players registered.

I have received responses to e-mails so many days past the complaint it didn't matter anymore (Borgata).

Why have a button for chat live when there is no live chat?

The webpage which lists tournaments won't scroll, so you can't view more than the first 10 tournaments held that day.

I can get my tournament results, but I can't copy it into excel and they don't provide tournament summaries.

I am concerned about the reported delays in cashing out, which has kept me from, well, funding either account.

tournaments require a minimum of 3 players to start.

ive withdrawn 4 times for 3 and 4 figures from party and got all 4 within 3 days.

As for the points about the cash games.

The button glitch is very annoying and needs to be fixed.

I think what party has done as far as not being able to table or seat select is a great idea. It rewards games starters and it prevents the predator mentality... or at least discourages it. However, this glitch that OP described completely ruins the whole idea. Why start a game when you can just watch the tables and then get position on the fish when he sits? Especially when some people don't know about the glitch, then the fact that you do know about it gives you an edge over those people too. Something really needs to be done about it.
