I'm sorry, but if your product cannot function well enough to verify the very thing that allows it to be put on the market in the first place (verifying location in NJ) then the product was not ready for market.

I'm not saying it easy and no, I'm not proposing a solution. As a consumer though, I expected more from the Borgata, especially given their stellar reputation within NJ.

I don't expect anything from Party, since we all know how they treat players. Borgata though, I would at least like an email or something acknowledging that they screwed up, or I will be playing at the Taj from now on.
