Has anyone been able to receive emailed hand histories from partypoker nj?

On several different dates i've requested them through the link you can pull up while at the table. I've never recieved them. Spoke to a partypoker support, they told me it was sent and it was an issue on my end. A lot of back and forth and still didn't get them. I've got their correct email allowed in my inbox(i've recieved other email from them at the address support.nj). The emails are not going into my trash/junk folders. Curious if other people are receiving them and it is just me. thanks.

I'm still not receiving requested emailed hand histories. Sent a PM 2 months ago, never heard back.
