Difference Between Party Poker NJ and Borgata Online?? Difference Between Party Poker NJ and Borgata Online??

Hey sorry for the basic question here but if someone can clarify the relationship between Party Poker NJ and Borgata Online...

The software looks the same... but I have 2 different logins for each. I signed up for Borgata first and created a username. When I tried that same username at PartyPokerNJ it said it was taken... so I had to create a new one. However I couldn't login into PartyPokerNJ with my Borgata username so it must be different...

I'm asking because I see a lot of threads with both titles in here... so just want to understand the relationship. Thanks all!

Same software, licensed out separately. Only differences are the promotions and tournament offerings—hence needing separate accounts.

Is Party's deposit bonus max out at $100? Borgata gives a $600 deposit bonus

That is odd because I couldn't sign into PartyPoker with the username I created on Borgata.. and when I tried to create it as the same username... it said it was already taken....

So they definitely are 2 different systems with the same software, right? I see random posts here about being able to get Borgata rewards through PartyPoker though.. can someone clarify?

Also as they are different which do you recommend is the better one to play on?

If you rake more than $1250 a month you want to go with Borgata. If you rake less it maybe close. I think Borgata may have the better reward system but it is not that great. They share player pools so you cannot use the same username as the other.

The rep here said in some post that you can create accounts on both, but you have to use different usernames. You will not be able to log into both at the same time, or use one username on the other system.

Ok I think it is making more sense.... So if you signed into Borgata with your username and I signed into PartyPoker with my username... we could end up at the same table playing each other?

That is my understanding, yes.
