I was locked out of my account after playing for one hour.

Customer service told me they would send me an email that never came.

I have been holding for hours and the live chat the never comes through.

I had the same problem. They disabled my play (while i was in 4th place in a tourney) claiming that I left the confines of NJ. They said that they would occasionally check to see if I returned to NJ. This was over 24 hrs ago. I haven't left NJ in over 6 months. My play is disabled on Party AND Borgata while I am able to play on 888. Also, I am able to play on the iphone app but I am not that desparate.
This is not what I've come to expect from the Borgata brand..They should have gotten the bugs out first. I'm going back to Bovada/Merge until they do.

Try disconnecting from your wireless connection and resetting, possibly even resetting your router. 90% of the time this fixes the problem for me. But I am still knocked out of tourneys all the time, at least I can usually get back in within a few minutes.

I have been locked out since the day 1 and they still have my initial deposit money.

Unable to log back in. Zero customer service

I've been waiting for my info to be approved since yesterday morning. I can't even figure out how to access the live chat and I don't want to try to chill on the phone for hours to try to get through to someone.

It has been since 11/29th and Customer Service has not addressed my issue and party poker has my money locked up
