Crashes again -- Cablevision ISP

Cashed out of this site quite some time ago. I saw I had some tickets so why not use them in some SNG's.....Right?
First one was a glitchy with some hands freezing here and there. Second one, the client crashed and the "lost connection" pop-up appeared. So I closed the client and reboot with the same results.
This message was in the chat box - which I am sure you all have seen.

Precisely why I cashed out of this. I am NOT a Fios user..
