will we be auto unregged from all the SNGs that we were registered to before the crash or do I have to stay up all night so I don't get blinded out the instant the servers come back online?

How on earth did the $35k $215 play out last night in such a way that places were paid instead of a suspended tournament chop??? Disconnect happened at 10:10 pm for me and I confirmed with Borgata by phone that it was a sitewide crash.

I tried for the entire 10 o'clock hour to reconnect via mobile and PC and couldn't get anything to work when WSOP and PokerStars worked 100% fine.

So either the sitewide disconnect got resolved and I still couldn't get logged in or they resumed the tournament after it was paused for a really long time?

Can anyone help shed some light on this situation? Thank you!

Why has there been no refunds? And why were players not auto unregistered from sngs they were in last night when site crashed?
11-05-2018 , 01:13 PM
Yeah zero refunds!!! I log in today and I see they paid out places in the sunday $35k?! I'm just baffled that this site has these problems on an average Sunday of low traffic. When they screwed up during GSSS twice in the past, at least those were huge traffic Sundays. But this is just online poker at its worst.

It feels relevant to the discussion to repeat that WSOP and Stars have never had these issues in NJ. And Borgata has had them repeatedly.

Following an ISP issue on Sunday, November 4 at 10PM, our network experienced a technical issue that prevented remaining tournament players from participating as intended. This resulted in the affected tournaments running for a period of time where players who were still active in the tournaments were unable to act. This issue prevented the network from stopping the tournaments, which continued to play on and blind down. As a result, we are settling the tournaments as follows: We will employ our ICM calculations based on the size of the chip stacks at the time of the incident at 10PM (not at the time the tournament was eventually cancelled). Players who received winnings above the ICM calculations will keep those winnings. Thank you in advance for your patience as we work on this resolution.

Thank you, Party_Rep. That makes sense. That sounds fair.

I have still not been properly refunded

And btw very nice to not return the rake for sngs during the crash. I'm sure that's the right thing to do.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they haven't done anything to remedy this situation still. And support hasn't even responded to the inquiry about it. It's cool how they're about on par with a 3rd tier poker site from 2004 in terms of customer service/product when they're a licensed/regulated site in 2018.

I’m on my 8th email with them and it’s still gone nowhere. If they don’t refund me
After my current one I’m contacting the DGE.
