The tech teams are still actively investigating what may be causing those issues you are reporting. It is a top priority and we look to resolve as quick as possible. Unfortunately there are no details to provide ATM.

Any progress?

I have to switch over to a Mac if I want to put in any volume on Borgata, which is ironic because I switched everything over to Windows last fall due to the non-stop location errors that occurred while using a Mac.

I tried emailing support again (I encourage you all to do the same) but have not heard back. It's a shame too with all this snow coming.

This is starting to feel like an issue that's not going to be resolved. I've shifted most of my play to WSOP and Pokerstars because of it.

Yes. We released an update last night that has resolved all reported issues.

does anyone in this thread play on pokerstars and now have issues with geolocation on stars? Party seems to give me geoloccation issue at the beginning of my session, but once it connects it seems to hold. Out of nowhere couple days ago stars started giving me issues. I realize this is likely something on my end but figured id ask others that were effected last week, perhaps NJ mandated some sort of change in geolocation software

Been getting "cannot connect to server" message all afternoon at Borgata poker when attempting to use ipad. No problems at all through last night or prior.

Anyone else?

We experienced a temporary issue today with our mobile platform and it has since been resolved. The client and apps are functioning as normal.
