Hi, I'm almost completely inactive on 2p2 these days and haven't looked at anything non-basketball related in months on this site, so please excuse the late reply.
I also prefer that sites do not allow screenname changes. If there is a petition to vote down the granting of screenname changes, please add my name to it.
If you've followed me in the past you know that I am also against HUDs. If sites could outlaw (and enforce) a no HUD policy I would be pleased about that. But of course since that's not going to happen, and since 97% of pros use a HUD, so do I.
Having said that however, if screenname changes are allowed and granted under the rules and other players are utilizing that option, then I will of course do the same.
While there are obvious advantages to it, I actually prefer to NOT change my name as often as I do as I actually think I play worse on a new name for a number of reasons, but only do so when someone chooses to systematically blocks my HU tables (sits with no intention to play) or I'm told that someone has posted my screenname in a poker internet forum (like in this thread for example.)
So if those two things aren't taking place, I will not be requesting frequent screenname changes. I hope that you consider that fair, and if not, then we just disagree.
I may not even be on this network much longer anyway if the action doesn't pick up. Games are not close to what they used to be and many nights there are not even 3 or 4 tables of mid to high stakes running.
Thanks and GL to everyone.
PS. No I'm not an "affiliate" for any New Jersey poker site, nor do I get any special privileges on any site that I play at.
