Screen name change is no longer available - only in exceptional circumstances. You would need to contact CS and the management team will consider any SN change requests on a case by case basis.
This decision was made due to predatory behavior and abuse of the tool.

Thanks. I contacted CS with a detailed explanation as to why I would like the change. I signed up around 2 weeks ago as well, so I'm not trying to evade anything in particular or anything. I just plan on playing here any free time I have and want to make sure Im who I want to be known as.

You can indeed contact CS to request a screen name change - however this will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances once the request has been reviewed via CS management.

See the post by LanceVance above if you want a possible work-around. There's a couple of people on this site that you can count on to scream racial epithets / threats at you for little to no reason.

ive had to use that type of threat before both with success and with no success to get some resolution to small issues. (non name change) shows how desperate i was to get some small victory from cs that i shouldnt have had to fight so much for to begin with. i was in no way contributing any significant amounts to rake and fees.

this company (with a few incidents from the others) has made me lose all faith in all online poker companies. present and future.

Everyone was allowed to change their SN, everyone is allowed to use a hud. My point was that you cannot say that changing your screen name is against the spirit of poker, but that using a hud to rip fish apart isn't (most fish don't use huds). I'm not defending yourdoom really, but when i found out and inquired about a sn change, they instantly did it. Seems everyone was allowed to do so.

Huds are way more important against regs than fish
