So I deposited $200. Played for a few days, wanted to cash out via casino cage method. Withdrew $600 and my account was blocked!?! Wtf? Never had this happen on any sites before. Can someone help?

ive had them ask me for extra security id however they just sent me an email asking for extra security verification and saying my withdrawal wouldnt be processed until it was done.(withdrawal funds essentially frozen)

i had this done with mohegan sun, & resorts. the process was quick and easy took about 24 hours max once sent documents in. i was still able to log on to those accounts and play with whatever funds i had left werent part of the withdrawal so it wasnt like my account was blocked. more like the withdrawal was frozen. the screwey part was with mohegan sun they basically gave me the impression it was cuz i used several different cards (use prepaid cards quite frequently to deposit) and when i asked if that meant every time i was going to withdraw from making a deposit with a new card if id have to go through the verification process and they said "YES". what they actually said was something more along the lines of "yes in order to avoid this we suggest using a different deposit method other than different prepaid cards such as ach otherwise you will have to re verify each time"
dont know if this was just the typical bottom of the line cs ignorance/confusion so many of the poker sites have. i chalked it up to being complete ******ness and stupidity. havent made any deposits with either again to be able to say if it was true id have to reverify. didnt want the hassle everytime considering it was a measly 50$ withdrawal and the other few withdrawals were for chump change w no issues.

How did this situation turn out? Party poker just blocked my account too. I am currently awaiting further information. I am allegedly accused of something called money dumping. This is the first time I have heard that term and apparently I just have to wait and see. My account balance was very low when I was blocked. This block was put on my account after I won and lost thousands in the same day. I lost about 2,000 playing poker and then another 1200 in the casino(tilted). Granted, I can see how these swings might raise a red flag, but to block my account for over a week?! This is absurd... Very curious to know if they did right by you. As for me, its hour trips back and fourth from Sands till I get this resolved. Angry as I am, I do enjoy their table games.

They did end up doing right by me. It was a security check.
