Last time I tried this was several months ago at the Borgata. I just tried again today because I am heading over there tomorrow and It's still not working. I retrieved my account name but whenever i try the password assistance tool it never accepts the capthca i type in.

mentioned this in another post, I had the same problem the other night. had no luck with the reset email so I called CS and they got me straightened out over the phone.
