Just to make everyone, including Borgata, aware that I cannot log in. First the sign in page was not connected to the correct website and I continually got an error message. I reinstalled and now I get a red bar on the log in page instead of logging me in. Just to be clear, I play every day and have for the last 3 years, so it is absolutely Borgata software and not my computer or internet.
Customer support said its an issue and they were working on it, but since the last connectivity issue is still unresolved after 2 weeks and theone before that lingered for 2 years, I don't hold out hope. Borgata, please don't bother asking for my computer information, asking if I have reinstalled or any other useless info, just find a programmer and fix it. I can look in the yellow pages or refer a few if you need.
