I am going to be in atlantic city this weekend, can i play on these nj sites if i am physically in new jersey, but my residence is in new york?

Maybe. I say that because some people have said they could at certain casinos and having trouble at others. You need wifi enabled on whatever you are playing on. But the actual residence should not be a problem but I think you should make sure you are validated before you go down. On Party you need a utility bill or Insurance bill. On the others they may only need your ID.
