Has anyone else cashed out at cage or skrill in last couple weeks had longer delays than in the past? I wonder if borgata is having same issues. On if maybe there is some issue with my account?

Up till now, I've never waited more than 4 hours for cage withdraw and 24 hours for funds to be available in skrill.

Requested cashout last Thursday morning, expecting it to be ready to pick up by the time I arrived that night. It's now Monday, about to head home, and it's still pending and reversible in my account. I'm hoping this is just a tech issue, and isn't some slimy strategy to get degensto reverse cashout requests when account is at0 a couple ddays after a win.

I emailed support Friday morning. Got auto response saying they would reply in 24 hours.

Still no response.


Tried the chat support and then the telephone. It was impressive how little they know. Before hanging up I asked which was better a flush or full house. It was literally like he had never heard those terms before. Put me on hold for two minutes to find out for me, then came back and read off the list of all the hand rankings to me, probably straight off the party website.

Party rep, not sure if you are another mindless peon in India or someone who believes and stands by their company. Either way, EAD

Pretty sure this is due to a system problem that crops up from time to time.

In order for them to give you the withdrawal, somebody from an internal team has to review and approve. I am guessing if the queue is screwed up, it just sits there.

After X number of days it reverses back into your account.

I had this happen to me once. I found if I reversed the withdrawal and submitted it again during business hours, it went through almost immediately.
