If you mean that you can't run both Borgata and Party on the same computer at the same time, then yes that's true.

The player pool is combined. If you log in via one skin or the other, you are facing players from both sites.

The main difference is that each site has it's own promotions and that means that some tournaments / games / promotions are only available to you if you log in via one site or the other.

I play on Party only simply because the Borgata skin is ugly brown.
