Im sure several of you guys have received this same email. besides the idea of how scummy this interpretation of their ToC is, I have several questions.
1) whats the best value for your points as the lowest rank
2) is there a way to find out how many points are expiring on July 1?

Turned out I was headed to Borgata this week, cashed some points out for comp$ and used them. Collected at myB desk.

No email from pp (for me). I did cashout part of a cash bonus (started process a couple days prior), and collected at the cage.

Use the points for comp dollars at the lower levels if you ever go to Borgata. Party points are not expiring per Party Rep.

There needs to be a place on the client where you can actually see how many points you have that are X days old, so people can figure out if there is a risk of points expiring on them.

Anyone actually lose points? I figure the way things run on this site they probably couldn't get it together to figure out to how to actually expire the points.

Spent all my points on the $25 Bonus Poker Rewards(great deal if Silver). I would have spent them in a different way if Borgata did not force us to use them. I was planning on making a trip to Borgata and spending the comp dollars there... but instead will use the poker bonus and pocket the cash.

One thing they don't tell you till after you buy them is that you only have 30 days to use the comp dollars at Borgata.

They also work just like comp dollars on your Borgata card, in that they are worth 1/2 value at some of the Borgata venues, like the food places in the Cafeteria or the Borgata stores.

It sucks to be nickel and dimed this way by a billion dollar company.

You have 30 days to put them on your account, 180 days after that to use them.

They can only be used for rooms / dining at Borgata locations as well as shopping, with different redemption rates based on how you use them.

Comp dollars cannot be used for wagering.

Thank you for clarifying that. Really wasn't planning on going there in the next 30 days but I guess I have to at this point.

Way to go, Borgata, making people regrettably show up to your business,

you get one visit from people by forcing them to show up, and then how many days, weeks, months, maybe even years of bitterness directed towards you as a result of this scumbaggery?

Isn't there anyone at the Borgata operation, live or online, who notices they're losing money and hurting their long term bottom line by being so absolutely f***ing awful at what they do?

I was in LV for the last few months so couldnt use my points. Come home and see ive lost 30k in points. Thanks Borgata! Why are you guys so cheap that you need points to expire? Very customer friendly!

Their new policy is bad. They didn't give sufficient warning. These points are nearly worthless to begin with.

Most of all, I am amazed you amassed 30K points. I hope they do something for you, but so far they have done nothing for me.
