It has been a freaking nightmare for me for the last hour. Connection issues arose (with Party only, every other website in the world works fine), and now I cannot even get to the log in screen. Should make for an awesome snow storm.

Niss, what you just said is exactly what is occurring for me too. At least I have a nice window to look out and enjoy the blizzard in Toms River (projected up to 24" of snow) . I am not trying to keep putting PP down, however, I am a regular on the site, and usually the software has been working fine for me. Well that was up until last week when I started playing tournies. Now the software freezes up, closes, or can't locate me. i dunno what changes they made to their server side, but it totally is messing everything up IMO. I play on a macbook pro and like I said I had no issues until last week when I started to give it a try at tournies. I'm a HU reg and I am too scared to even sit down right now cuz how bad the problems keep getting. Come on Party Poker, I am loyal to you, please fix this!!!

What really gets me fired up, is if you contact support about this, they will deny an issue and say its your ISP, that their is no problems on their server side. Straight up wrong! There has to be either miscommunication between the techs and CSR's or we are being lied too.

I am done with this piece of **** software. It just doesn't work. Every night it is crash after crash. Today is just the worst of a number of bad days. I tried to give them a chance but it's just not workable. Good luck to everyone else for whom this software works.

really annoyed. connection problems after it gets resolved establishing connection pops up right up again.

I really can't believe that the PartyRep says thanks for the info, as if it is new info that would actually help them, when these problems have been the same for 6 months already.
The software clearly isn't tested properly in a multi-table environment (6 or more). I crash at least once an hour. Usually, there is some kind of freeze, followed by the action buttons disappearing. I have nothing else running on the computer. Sometimes it crashes within the first 5 minutes as I'm just getting on a bunch of tables.

Aside from losing money in hands being played while the system freezes, there is the hassle of getting the software back up, tables re-arranged, sitting back in, waiting until the blinds come around, which is another hidden cost.

I will point out that the software does not conform to the written terms of service. If you read the part about how much time you receive during a disconnect. When I return, I get very little time to finish a hand, plus my cards vanish, so I can't see what I have. I have to figure out which table I was on when it did crash, and upon re-login, 10 tables pop up at once, usually tiled. It is almost impossible to finish a hand after a crash / disconnect.

I'm disgusted. Support and tech needs to work with some players and create trace programs and other debug tools which will find out what causes it. But I'm pretty sure it is just a simple case of shoddy programming that will be almost impossible to fix without a rewrite of entire parts of their horrible system.

The service in the last 24 hours has been terrible, being capped by today's connectivity issues, where I can't play more than one or two hands without disconnecting.

I've given up! I'm looking to move to WSOP, and am hoping that PokerStars has their **** together when they enter the market.

I never play more than one table at a time and still have had an insane number of problems.

I don't think I've ever reconnected and had time to play my hand. By the time I get back in, I have timed out and the hand has been folded, every time.

Are people also having problems with WSOP & Borgata? i can't seem to login. AND 888 has me hostage for not clicking "Accept" on a Terms "popup". Rep said they will send me an email tomorrow Ha.

This isn't going all that well here in NJ.....

My problems are with Borgata. Had the same troubles when I tried to sign on to Party too.

I have not been able to log in at all tonight. Sometimes I get an error that the software cannot connect to the server, trying to reestablish a connection, or I get an error where the software loads, but the sign in fields do not pop-up. Yeah Party Poker the problem is on my end....NOT!!!!!! Internet connection is 100%%%%%% and so is my back up connection.

As I stated many times, support will claim the problem is on your end with your ISP not their servers. HAHAHAHAHH What a shammy sham.

I finally just signed in, but the software is so laggy that it's to risky to play a game, and every 2 min a message pops up that they can't confirm my location smh.

If you get the lobby open, right click on little monitor/rectangle picture on bottom right and run trace report, send them ss.

Does not look like my end to me...



I don't know what this really means. Except the (0% bad) part.

Well I guess I didn't totally give up because I tried again ... and now I get stuck on an update. Never moves from 0%. Over and over. I guess I will in fact call it a day on Party/Borgata. This evening has been an Epic fail, and I have Faith No More in you.

That same message pops up on my browser too. It never says anything but, very good. It def isn't from our ends. I am furious that they keep saying its my connection when my connect is perfectly fine. I haven't had a disconnect from my ISP in over a week.

Was a bit of a miracle that when I got back on at midnite, that the software was stable for 4 hours before crashing. Kind of a record for me. Was it because there were less players on, or what?

I think 888 has become by far the best site in NJ. Maybe just switch sites until Party gets it together or until Stars comes.

Huh...My Borgata client won't let me log on either. I just want to register to the 300$ freeroll. One of those Sunday tickets has my name on it.
