Borgata/Party crashes on a nightly basis - Page 6 - nj.partypoker.com -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Ridiculous ... have played maybe 30 minutes today and have crashed four times, including once after an update loaded that I assumed would have some kind of positive effect, guess not

Disconnected in the middle of game tonight 4 times and was blinded out. Sick and tired of this. Took screen shots to show it was not my ISP and that the software would not connect to their servers. Prob because they can't handle the capacity of players on right now. I will be contacting NJ Gaming Enforcement tomorrow.

Everyone needs to collectively complain to gaming enforcement tomorrow. I know PP will not refund anyone for their losses, so you know what why hold back on going to the right people.

Yes it went down about 20 minutes ago and it won't let me re-aunthenticate ... some serious problems and serious bad timing.

Such a mess, they simply can't handle a series it's clear.

Can't play any hands, establishing connection constantly etc.

Will be requesting full refunds.

I just wrote support an e-mail, and also told them about all you guys on here also talking about the outages you are experiencing. Hopefully this gets resolved. I will be saving all correspondence to provide to Gaming Enforcement incase they try to say my ISP went down. Especially since I have two ISP's since I run a server from my home for my business, I cannot have outages. So if one goes down the other turns over.

lets see what they will say.

I doubt the DGE really cares about this. they haven't done anything about the daily crashing which obviously shouldn't be legal.

It's cause no one is complaining. Instead they just come on here and don't do the due diligence necessary for something to be done. Either sit on the sidelines or actually contact them. Simple.

so I was able to log back in and see that the tournament is still going on with my chips gone as much as 75% at some tables. Why is the tournament still being played? I guess not everyone was affected by this?

Not everyone is on the same server, so if a server goes down only a certain population of the site goes down. The problem here is that they will try and say its our ISP.

Software crashed on me while i had AK in the main event, I couldn't get back in fast enough and that was the only hand I got for so long that I ended up losing. I might've had a chance but it crashed like 3 times today
