I e-mailed them on Sunday night, and was credited Monday night with $T. I was okay with the resolution, and they were very polite and acknowledged the issue.

I recommend anyone who had an issue to contact party poker support(support.nj@partypoker.com). Also if you know anyone who is not a part of these forums and had problems please communicate what has been shared here so that word spreads, and they can take necessary action. Thanks.

I have verizon and have constantly been bombarded with connectivity issues on borgata. Right now I am trying to play a tournament but to no avail: "connection lost, trying to reconnect". My friend lives 2 blocks away and has optimum. He says he has never experienced any connection issues or crashes ever. Im so frustrated right now

You are not alone my friend. I cannot even connect right now. I was on all day until I left for dinner at 530PM. Now I come back to play during peak hours and of course I can't connect. This only happens during peak hours! Verizon doesn't change their server settings during Party Poker's peak hours! SO ITS INSANE FOR JEFFREY HAAS TO CLAIM ITS THE ISP'S PROBLEM. Obviously, its Party Pokers servers no being equipped to handle certain port request during this time from Verizon users!!! This is ridiculous. DGE will be hearing from me after I file my formal request with Borgota tomorrow and get their license #.

This is precisely what is happening to me as well. I'm so fed up with Borgata, but lets face it, they run the best games and its not even close, or I would have moved to WSOP ages ago. I can't believe their nonchalant attitude towards this problem, this is hurting their bottom line as much as ours... I'm truly amazed at the lack of urgency to fix this issue... and this is coming from someone who automatically writes off losses incurred from a random disconnect or buttons disappearing from their awful software. I don't ask for much, but jesus christ, work with us a little here. I think I raked 70k on their site last year.
01-29-2015 , 10:41 PM
Now an update window opened up when i clicked on borgata and its been stuck at 0% for half hour.....
01-29-2015 , 11:44 PM
Trying to log in now. Same problems as before. Well played, Party, well played.
01-29-2015 , 11:52 PM
At the same times when I can't connect to Borgata/Party, I also cannot access NBA League Pass Online. If I switch my tablet from wifi to LTE, though, it will stream. Same thing happened with WatchESPN last night.

Just saying, I'm really not 100% sold that Verizon is totally without blame here.

I have verizon, only thing not working is borgata website FWIW.

In any event, Colette, please let me know how I and the others affected by this go about getting the "goodwill credit", which I assume also will be made available for those of us who experienced this issue on Monday and Tuesday. Thanks very much.

Hi

Colette, do I contact borgata customer support or you guys if I was affected with the disconnects. I play on the borgata network so I assume them but just want to double check since you are both affiliated.

It's 5:30P.M. and the lag/disconnection/not located in NJ problems have begun to me. So very frustrating. Sent PP my trace report, again. Was on phone with Verizon and they told me the IP associated with the request timing out are not on their side!!.GRRRRRR, Someone is lying.

Verizon has no reason to lie and borg party record on telling the truth is out of this world.

This is unacceptable. I'm getting timed out of hands that I have money in. These connection issues are happening to many users. Partypoker should show they are making an effort to solve this.

Hmmm what are these emails? Is this a special channel to folks that will do something?

I have not been able to play on Borgata since Sunday of last week. WTF is going on?
01-30-2015 , 09:12 PM
^^^^^I have had the same issue until today. I was able to log onto Borgata for about 30 minutes until it said that my location could not be determined and I restarted the software. Of course now I can't get on to the software, so I am blinding out with no way of playing. Thanks a lot borgata/party!
01-30-2015 , 09:28 PM
Once in a while you can actually log on but there is no point at all of playing... if you guys need to withdraw, turn on hot spot with your phone and you will be able to get on that way.

Last night (1/29/15) I was basically blinded out of a tourney due to connection problems. I videoed the frequency of connection error messages. I was using the Borgata software. Eventually, after many disconnects, the software locked up and I could not get back in at all.

During this nightmare I could easily reach any other web site via Firefox>FIOS. I have no general connectivity problem and can access any site during the frequent Borgata disconnects.

My next step (after being locked out of their software) was to try to access Borgata's poker site (hoping to play through my browser). I not even get to the site (my brower would try to connect but could not -- though it could connect to any other site.

I chatted with a Borgata poker rep (Filip) this am (1/30/2015) who asked me to send him videos of my connection problems, so I did that. He said he would forward them to the team who would make a decision as to whether I am entitled to a refund of my buy-in.

Hoping that this was a fluke, I tried again tonight, 1/30/2015. I entered the same tourney ($1000 gtd rebuy). UGH... disaster. Again, the tourney was *unplayable* due to frequent disconnects. Again, my Borgata software eventually locked up -- and (again) when I attempted to restart Borgata it would not restart. So -- locked out completely to be blinded out after spending another $10. BTW, similarly, I could not access Borgata's web site through my browser though it worked for every other site I tried.

I expect that they will do the right thing and return the $20 I invested in these tourneys (and if they are good business people, maybe include something for my trouble!). It has been so aggravating!

Borgata reps -- if you read this, reply to it! Let us all know how you plan to resolve!

If anyone is interested, I have lots of video of the problems I experienced.

01-30-2015 , 10:00 PM
I see that the problems continue.
"Anton" took my complaint days ago and I have not heard anything back.

They responded already and told you that the problem is not on their end, even though every other user with FIOS is not experiencing a problem with any other poker site or any other website. LOL.
01-31-2015 , 12:21 AM
It's 11:30 and I've been prevented from logging in for 4 hours now. MBN to be in charge and not care that some users can't access the system...

Hi,

Regarding further connection issues I have ensured the relevant teams are aware of recent issues.

Warren Lush is our PR and no longer with Party

If you contact CS and feel you have had no response please do send myself a PM - I will follow these up on Monday

However, please do contact CS in the first instance via email or telephone

Thanks,

Colette

I was unable to connect again last night. I gave up and went to WSOP, where of course there are no O8 games going.

I did receive an e-mail from customer service asking me to provide a bunch of info. I will do so but one would imagine that they already have the information they requested (like running pings and traces).
01-31-2015 , 09:48 AM
Colette-how do I contact you.
I have had no satisfaction with a $20 refund request due from disconnects.
"Anton" took my onlne support complaint 4 days ago.

As important, the site has been rendered near useless by the disconnects.
Please inform us when we can start playing again with confidence in the platform.

Regards, mrmarcon on borgata
