They dont care i was top 5 paying customer in December and top 10 this month still having crashes on a nightly basis. I am just in a period of acceptance at this point. I cant even bitch anymore cause the FIOS customers have it way worse than me(I guess i shouldn't have said it cant get much worse)

not exactly a crash but tonight in the 50$ 5k near the bubble/ bubble to the bubble my table froze for about 13-15 minutes. the other 3 or 4 tables were still playing...at least for a while. it wasnt just me but everyone at my table.

so that sucked missed an entire blind level during a critical point. and obv the blinds didnt get frozen/rolled back during that time.

im just using my last few tourney tix and T$ and then bailing on Party. just too much bs.

888 and wsop 100% games/player pool combine ONE TIME.

No problems on FIOS for 8 hours of play tonight. I am sure it had something to do with me spending an hour on the phone reactivating my mobile hotspot.

I was able to log on at about 11:30pm, but traffic was quite down by then.

Thats what most users do, if they have a mobile hot spot they use that instead.

The issue is when using verizon fios. That is why when you were using your mobile hot spot you had no issues.

Was making a joke, spent hour on the phone activating the hotspot then didn't need it, FIOS worked fine from 3pm-1am for me.

Sorry, angry that I had to move almost all my bankroll off of PP and start new on WSOP. I still had issues logging on last night, and I am especially upset about no Heads Up Turbos, which is like a standard in the industry.

They arn't going to force regs like me to play ring games. I am sure they don't care they've lost me, but I have talked to 4 other regs who are upset and moving to WSOP.

GL with your Leaderboard race. You deserve better treatment for how much money you spent playing on their site.

And good luck to you too. I think all the players deserve better treatment, no matter how much they spend on the site.

But despite all the problems, I am still holding out hope that PartyPoker does the right thing. I will understand if people laugh at me for hoping that, but that's honestly how I feel.

4:30 PM and the system has been having disconnects for 30 minutes. Now it disconnects every minute or so. Unusable for real money...

No issues for me with Fios thus far tonight. Guess its because theres only 376 users on. Low for this time of the day actually. Still makes no difference, I am not playing until they put back Heads Up Turbo SNGs.

I am on Comcast. But the point is, my whole network appears to be flaky, (ping timeouts and unavailable webpages) but mostly only when running Party/Borgata and during peak hours. How this is even possible, I have no idea.

You guys who are having communication errors, can you run a ping, or some network diagnostics in a separate command window to see the full status of your overall internet connectivity to see if it's affected at all

I am a poker player not a computer technician.

I depend on the site to have a stable platform and function as a real business
not a site where I need to run pings (whatever the **** those are or some network diagnostics (whatever the **** those are.

And from I read, support then says that any problem lies with the Verizon/FIOS end. Which is exactly what I expect from those miserable script reading cretins at support. EVERY contact I have ever had with so called "support" has been less than satisfactory.

Time to move to a different site, fellas! Party gives zero ****s about any customer. They spit in our faces over and over and over. They don't deserve our business. Move on as a contribution to the inevitable failure they deserve.

I just logged on (9 pm) and everything is moving smoothly with no issues. I'm too nervous to sit at a table until I see this go on for a little while longer.
