Borgata client won't open

I recently reformatted my computer. When i try to reinstall the borgata client. I open it it instantly closes. I have reinstalled many times and restarted. After i install it, it flashes like it is about to open but then it closes.
I literally see a flash screen of the borgata client for .2 seconds and nothing.

Couldn't figure out a fix and just reformatted my computer again. I think it had something to do with Norton which crashed while being installed. Wasn't listed in programs to uninstall but I think it was still blocking the client.
