Also cannot use the app (I am using borgata poker android app). I can never get geolocated correctly with the app, even when at home on the exact same wifi network as my desktop which does geolocate me correctly nearly every time. Any update on the android app being fixed?

Have you tried waiting a few moments on the home screen? I have a geolocation error every time I log into the app, but I close out the pop-up, wait <5 minutes and a pop-up will come up saying I am located, then I can play with no problems.

Yes I have waited almost 10 minutes, have an IP in new Jersey and 3 wifis. Cannot get geolocated.

If you are using the same Wi-Fi network that you use to connect through your desktop then please enable GPS on your Android device, wait for a few minutes and it should successfully locate you. Alternatively kindly contact customer care and they will assist you after looking up your account. Please note that customers are able to play on their android app and we resolve any specific complains on a case to case basis after checking their accounts.
Kind regards,

Thank you, I will call support next time I can try in the daytime. But the GPS location usage is a problem because when you are indoors you don't have a clear view of the sky and cannot get a lock on. I have been logged in for 10 minutes with no luck, on same wifi network I successfully got geolocated on minutes ago on my PC.

No one is gonna go outside or by a window everytime they wanna log on. I personally think location tracking like this would be better than wifi IP address tracking for all software clients, but you should use network location or Agps instead of activating the GPS chip since like I said how are you gonna get a lock on every 15 minutes to confirm gps location when indoors? (unless there is something else its checking I don't know about)

To get located please use the AGPS option as it is faster than GPS and would not require you to be near a clear space to do so.
For enabling A(GPS) please go to Settings > Personal - Location Services> (should be set to “on”). Find our App in the list and check if Access is enabled.

Alternatively please contact customer service for further assistance.
