I was playing 3 tables cash game and 1 tourney last night, a pop up came up telling me that technical problems occur. All my tables got disconnected and I wasn't able to continue to play in the tournament, because the torney was paused. Despite all my cash game tables are closed, but all my money in my account balance still showing that those money are still "IN PLAY" so where are those money? Now my account balance is "0" But the total account balance is equivalent to the 3 cash game tables that I got disconnected last night. I'm very confusing right now, I tried to search my name on Player Search but I couldn't find myself in any table. I have contacted the customer service several hours ago but still no response.

Don't worry.

If it says the $ is still "In Play" that means that those sessions closed in a frozen state. But the $ will be returned to you. If you contacted customer service via email, they should resolve it shortly. I have had them fix this problem within a few hours when contacting them via telephone.

My $ has gotten stuck on the tables as well.

They should also refund you the $ lost from the tournament.
