I logged in today and found all of the tournament tickets earned through missions and achievements have disappeared. They are not even on the inactive list. I had 16 of these and there were never any tournaments to use them. How about converting them to tournament dollars? Something?

To me, this is unacceptable. There was another thread in March where they provided an impromptu tournament on short notice to make up for these mission freeroll tickets. I commented that not everybody could have possibly been available for that, never mind that that is not what we were promised when we completed those missions.

So after suggesting that some kind of once a month thing be run, and being told that "we will look into it" the tickets that we earned are simply erased?

PartyRep, you are usually very good about posting in each thread. I understand if you have no answer at this time, but it's curious that you have not replied here yet.

Hi all

I have received an update from management and they are happy with the decision to remove these tickets due to the fact we previously ran some tournaments for all to participate in to use these tickets and made clear this would happen only once.

Thank you for the response.

Why were these prizes continued to be offered after it was known this obligation would not be honored? I just joined at the beginning of June and the promotion was still going on. Please ask management to consider providing some sort of compensation for tickets earned after the previous 'all in' tournament.

I would also like to thank you. However, I do think it's worth pointing out that the value of the freerolls offered as compensation was less than those of the cumulative tickets earned through the missions / achievements.

In addition, there was very short notice, and it was only on 2p2. And as many of us pointed out, not everybody was available for that one random weekend in March.

I think that management covered their bases to the minimum amount required with that one weekend. But I wish they would do more. I wonder if they would openly release what percentage of players were able to use those tickets (which had expirations way into the future) and how many have just had them taken.
