I believe Customer service does not exist sometimes. I think Borgata and Party both have not got back to what I had sent in for. I completed the Cash Conquest mission but it does not complete. I got a notification it was complete but it still shows 2/3. I sent email to support and nothing has come back. Borgata did not give me my free $50. I have received nothing from them. They told me they would send it to management and that was over a week ago.

yeah this is unreal how bad this customer service is. What did they hire 2 people??? Jesus Christ Ive been trying to get on for a week. I sent in my verification documents and they finally get back to me after 3 days saying I have been verified but low and behold when i try to deposit it takes me back to the verification screen. Man I miss stars customer service....
