This has been happening for a couple days now (at least since 2/19)

I won one on Wednesday (T#10954125), instead of being registered into the tournament, given a tournament ticket or $T, they gave me $37.

Spent about an hour so far going in circles with support (tried chat first, then called).

It was basically this over and over.

"I'm sorry sir, there were not enough players, so you were awarded $37"

It doesn't matter, you guys put a guarantee on the tournament!

"Sir, different tournaments have different rules, for example in our $10 satellite to the $100 10k, 1 seat is awarded for every 10 players"

Why are you telling me this, I just want to be registered for the tournament I won entry to.

"I'm sorry sir, there were not enough players, so you were awarded $37"



They did give me the "we will have this matter escalated" line, but refused to give any sort of time frame.

I have lobby screen shot, very clearly says: $100k Turbo Qualifier - 1 Seat Gtd (#104954125) I also know that several other tournaments had the same results both today and yesterday.

this happened in the beginning with sattelite to the 10k. eventually they switched it to work properly.

Thanks, I did receive the ticket.

However, I have since won another which was not converted to $T, so now I have 2 tickets to same tournament. Could you please help convert one of them to $T200.

Congratulations on winning another ticket. A technical problem prevented the automatic conversion of your entry into T$. It has now been credited.

No, it hasn't, still have the 100k ticket. Also, I think you forgot to reply to a couple other threads before logging out, even a simple acknowledgement would go a long way!

My apologies I won a 100k seat earlier today (no more 100k though) that one converted to $T then they took my extra 100k and changed it to a 50k.
