$10 Free Sport / Casino Bet won Via the 1000 Giveaways
I placed top 100 in both the Sport bet and Casino bet Giveaway games and won a $10 free sport bet and $10 free casino bet. I see the tickets in my account but how do I use them ? The use ticket now button is faded on both.

Issue resolved.
Although I never heard back from the email support and live support ignored me after I was connected. ( waited 15 minutes after getting connected with no response ) I Check my account today and the two bonuses have been added.
Also noticed Tickets that I had won earlier in the week are no longer showing for some reason. Could be because there isn't a game up for them yet.
