Once again, it seems like every game, format, and even bet limit must be approved by DGE specifically for the mobile platform. So if it's not on the app, DGE is still testing it. I was told they are close to approving more of the games for mobile, but there is no way to know when those games will be available.
As for why there are few games going, it's anybody's guess. In order for cash games to be worth playing, you need multiple tables running so you have the option to move. Just my opinion.
