Any railbird with a U.P. account watching a table can type into chat. At least I can and do sometimes....I live in Nevada not sure if that allows us to chat. It always shows the type in red.

Ah gotcha. I just assumed since the players were actually responding (and I didn't see any other chat while watching for a few minutes) it was an admin or something. I'll leave my post so people can laugh at me.

Will be interesting to see the traffic numbers in the days following the Verizon situation being fixed.

Which 888 did during 2006, did they not? So where are they in all this?

The bill would ban for five years some companies who illegally participated in the online gaming market between 2006 and 2011.

Anyone else seem to be running AK, QQ and any lower pocket pairs into Aces an awful lot? 9 times in the past four hours I have run AK, KK, 66 and other pocket pairs into aces.

At the risk of activating my instant karma doomswitch, I will say that I haven't noticed that. I've been playing a ton of hands this weekend also. 6max and fr.

You're prob just getting your run bad out of the way for the month.

I hope so!! Just been running into it constantly.

Can someone please explain to me how you can raise here?

Blinds 75/150. UTG limps. Player 1 goes all in for 265. Player 2 calls and is all in for 250 total. BB calls and UTG raises and makes it an additional 500. Can someone explain how UTG has action here?!?

Don't believe everything you read. The bad actor clause in NV statutes excludes any entity that offered online gaming in the US after December 31, 2006.

Technically, this was all a load of crap because not one damn thing has changed at the federal level to actually make online betting (for poker) "legal." Thus, if it was illegal, it still is, and Nevada falls under the Supremacy Clause of the US Constitution. Therefore, if online poker once was illegal in Nevada, IT STILL IS.

You've gotta think about that a little bit folks. But the ugly truth is all right there.

If it was illegal to gamble online, the gaming control board would not be putting their name behind it station casinos wouldn't be able to take your money, nor payout money for winnings

Final hand of the first tournament held on UP!!

Congratulations to all the winners. It would be great to find out more about them. I've been trying to do so by posturing as a federal prosecutor and demanding Twitter handles, but maybe that's not the most delicate way

Yeah, what's the deal with banning HEM's??

They do not create an unfair advantage.
05-06-2013 , 10:07 AM
HEM (and other trackers) aren't banned. They're not supported yet.

You don't think people should have the ability to easily parse through their hands to inspect their game?
