A large percentage of people are not approved, so must have additional info emailed.

We verified your age from your SSN/DOB/Address and Name. BP won't make a difference in your verification.

Do we win something if dealt in the 100,000th hand, 1,000,000th? lol

The cage cashier knows you're of age, but unfortunately we don't, and they can't "tell us", for lack of a better phrase.

We'll need you to send us ID (at idverification@ultimatepoker.com). They're a little busy, but they made some pretty good headway today and they should be able to get it it pretty quickly.

If you're ever unsure if we've verified your ID, log into Ultimate Poker and go to "Account Status" (Account menu, then "Account Info", then click "Account Status" at the top). If everything is peachy, you'll see a big green box that says ACCOUNT ACTIVE. You can deposit when you have all of these 4 checks in place.

You can actually deposit when you have 2 out of the 4 in place (if you're missing mobile verified and location verified), but I wouldn't recommend it right now. Make sure that you're able to be location verified first, then head out to the casino to do your business - just so you don't end up stuck having to go back to withdraw because you couldn't play with us yet.

Ha! I would happily take beer bribes, but unfortunately, I don't deal the cards so your bribes won't get you very far.

I might tell you the secret location of the boomswitch though.

on a side note, my sister tells me that OSHEAS down next to the flamingo will re-open

Years of living in Canada, I guess.

As far as Norton goes, we just got added to their whitelist registry (today!) so you might have to update your Norton definitions. Once you do so, you should be able to browse around our site without Norton peeping over your shoulder.

Just wanted to give an update since I deposited $500 at the Green Valley Ranch cage a few hours ago. -

Since I'm a Verizon customer, I took the advice of some other posters and went to Target and bought a cheapie $20 T-mobile flip phone with a $10 prepaid card. Took it home, charged it up, got it activated. Then I went onto U.P. and changed my phone number on my account there to that of this new prepaid one. Instantly got a verification text, sent the reply...but it still said on the site that Nevada location wasn't verified. So I remember reading here on the forums that I should log off U.P. and then back on again. BOOM! It worked. All golden now and ready to play! So for any Verizon users that don't want to wait for it to get all cleared/fixed up......you can go this route too. =D

After a long day of slogging through rotten tomatos thrown at us, it's great to hear a success story.

Thanks for heading out to buy a burner phone. Best of luck on the tables.

i still have not got the email from Dax's engineer that he promised when he called me on the phone yesterday, also seems he tried to call back later, (another call from a private number, but when I answered no one spoke, just silence.)

tried the locater aid service posted in this thread, and It found me in 4 seconds, with a map of the exit right off the interstate, only it said I was in sloan NV insead of Jean. so im not sure why its NEVER listing me as in NV when their software tries to locate me.

if dax can get this solved, id be grateful.

Not only can I not afford to retrrn to Vegas and pay $140-200 a week for an apt that I don't have to pay here at the Goldstrike here in Jean, (it being comped) so many people in Vegas also couldn't be verified as living in NV I fear it would do no good. I left vegas to save money and that's why I want to play online to begin with, to safely grind up til I have about $4000 for live $1-2 NL again. Id like to go to Vegas and try out the site, (should be no reason I couldn't make enough for rent + extra per week) but I fear id rent a place in the wrong location in vegas and Id still get the error message. where in vegas are u most likely to show up as NV? my phone is tmobile and should work. downtown? boulder Hwy? NLV blvd and Craig road? south of Mandalay Bay towards southpoint? across from the Orleans? next to Stratosphere? id hate to take the wrong place and then be stuck the weeks rent and the hassle of moving again. any one on here without a lot of money, living in a cheap apt complex, and having zero issues being listed as NV? If so maybe I should live there.

Maybe I should move to Elko, that's deep enough in the state id think id show up as NV. anyone in Elko successfully online?

anyway Dax don't forget the email

I mentioned this in improvement thread but just to make sure this is in next update, when tables are overlapped(multi-tabling) even tho you have the top table clicked and ready for action, if its your turn on another table it pops right up, so you may click fold, call, bet on that table when you meant to do it on the other table.

This has been happening to me, I manually arrange table and not a perfect cascade so I don't know if that makes a difference but this issue needs to be fixed.

Why are you posts structured like poems? I can't help but read them in flow.

Also, although I'm not able to take advantage of UP, I think having a representative as thorough and lively as Dax appears is really good for the site. Your enthusiasm and fun-spirit is what online poker is/should be all about.
