As a matter of fact, its pretty unprofessional for you to even be looking at it (and the other financial records you talked about) unless he asks you to or you have some other legit reason. Do you really think most of your customers would be comfortable with you browsing through their records so they could chat about them on 2p2?
Maybe I crossed the line. The player in question has a handful of posts, sends UP a nasty email about how we are ripping off the poker players and then uses one of his handful of posts to type the same email that a mod must edit.
It just seemed like he is related to someone working for one of the other companies about to open. I did not state the players name, UP name or anything other than what is public info. When BigJoe plays a $100 Tourney on UP it is public info.
If he didn't email in again today, I wouldn't be able to tell you his name or player ID. I handle a lot of emails daily so I don't remember very many players.
My mistake was responding to someone with an agenda.
