I can answer that one for you, and I think its public knowledge anyway so I'm posting it right here and now.

You see, you have to actually win a pot in order to have "paid" rake.

Perhaps, if you didn't play so horribly you could pay some rake.

I don't know what all the fuss is about.

I have played maybe 12-15k hands, and I think I've had one connection problem that affected a hand.

The software seems fine for a basic client that got the site online ASAP.

E-mail support has been excellent the two or three times I have used it.

My only real complaint is with the 50bb buy ins. (Scotty, any plans to change that?)

I have nit picks like many other people, such as resizing tables and auto-post being the default, but those are fairly minor concerns.

I'll wait for the VIP program before commenting, except to say that if it doesn't include cash bonuses or actual rake back, that will be a big disappointment, and I'd move off the site in favor of any new competitor that did offer one of those.

But, basically, I'm pretty happy with UP so far. I think people who were expecting a replica of the PS/FTP experience probably had unrealistic expectations.

Hey all the people in this thread acting all smart guess what the sit n go rake adds up huge. Every 4 tables costing $7.77 you are paying near $2.00 in rake. Now you do the math to get a "small sample" in the sit n go world you need to play 3,000 plus games... Can you say $1,500 dollars without giving one player point or rake back percentage. Ya folks what we have here is a criminal enterprise. I have posted a prior post and you need to copy and paste it and send it to the Nevada gaming control board. Make these criminals pay up. The only way things get done is by the numbers and people speaking up.
