Scotty, I think I have a VIP token or two hanging around, and I'm not too fond of the SNGs. I saw a few posts earlier you said you were letting players play the sunday 10k for a token. Would it be cool if I played a couple of the summer series $100 buy in events and you re-credited my account the entry fees and took away my tokens? Thanks either way.

Client crashes 6 tabling when I just checked a full house to a reg on river who bet and AA and KK on 3 tables.

You may be in luck. One poster on here got paid a whopping $1 for losing the hands he was in when the client crashed. Good luck, lol.

They justify it by being the only game in town. Straight up price gouging. Stay classy UP

We need another site or 2 to shake things up. I have serious doubts about UP lasting in a competitive market.

And instead of offering $500 winner take all VIP sng's (2 hours a week that some of us may need to hang with our families) why not just take the money you put up and pay us bonuses according to our contributed rake??? It's 1000x's more logical and I'm sure would be preferred by the players

Or just give us $83.33 ($500 / 6 players) in tournament dollars to use for whatever we want.

What bugs me the most.

1)POP TO FRONT: It is nearly impossible to multitable on this site. You can't even take notes on a notepad because of it. You try to type, then your now typing in the windows thats blinking.

2)NOTES: There is no note taking option. How is that possible? Can someone just add a box next to chat/stats. Not a notes window like 888 does but similar to how you type in chat box like pokerstars notes system.

3)RESIZE TABLES: You can't play more than 2 tables or it will overlap. If you combine this with "POP TO FRONT", lot of mistakes happen.

4)QUICK BUTTONS: Buttons for 1/2 cbet, 2/3 cbet. I have to click one big blind at a time to bet. You can't type it in because of "POP TO FRONT".

This I just can't understand why the **** they did this. Unless it was just soley to annoy multitablers or something.. But it's ****ing annoying, I can't browse the web or chat with people because this **** always pops up.

#2 is necessary for sure
#4 is imo bad for the game

i have had this happen as im sure everyone has. they reimbursed me the amount i had put in the pot up until the client vanished (after a phone call and a few emails)

this **** is so annoying, i am one of the ones who starts tables all day at 1/2 and i deal with it daily along with lots of other classless behavior.
i would report people but i dont want them to get into trouble as anyone doing it is ****ing terrible anyhow.

The next room too open is wsop.com...I dont think they will be able to take players away from UP...wsop.com is not going to have deposits or withdrawals at a local casino which puts them at a serious disadvantage IMHO...although I have things about UP I do not like(most of which I think will be fixed with the update) for me the ease of withdrawals trumps all......

Yes it is posted in the thread about wsop.com going live...someone asked support directly if there would be a local option for deposit and withdrawals ( Like Ceasars Properties) the answer was NO only electronic...............UP has a huge advantage because of this IMHO

Wow! I agree. It's pretty crazy for them not to take advantage of such a huge upside. Not only is it great for the players, but it brings more people through the doors of the casinos.

Exactly, I have a checking account but I like to hang out in casinos and gamble. I might want to bet 550 on a game or play some live poker. UP has been doing a good job at getting me cashouts quickly. Will WSOP send me money to my checking account in 3 hours from when I made my request? I doubt it.

**** these bull**** sng's being our only rewards for contributing massive amounts of rake. Nothing but coolers and 2-3 out suckouts. I should have won at least 4 or 5 of these but am now around 0-15. ****ing sick of this site and this being the U.S's only pathetic joke of a legal site. And **** you if you hate my bitching

It has nothing to do with WSOP stiffing you. Nobody is fearing that. Let's say I play live poker at Bellagio and go to cash out my 1300 in chips............I wouldn't want them to say "We'll send you the 1300 to your checking account in 2-3 business days".

at least make these VIP sng's a turbo format. i don't want to sit there for hours to try and get the value from being a VIP. I already put in a bunch of hours to get the tokens to begin with now i gotta spend another 2 hours at least to actually get any money?
